Beneficiaries

During the planning stages, the foundation was intent on supporting charities that addressed some of the major problems in the world:

Poverty & homelessness, world hunger, global warming, disease and the effects of natural disasters.

Thinking at a much higher-level, it occurred to the founding members that there is ONE problem - albeit a controversial one - that causes and/or accentuates ALL these problems, and others, such as violence, crime, war, religious conflict and environmental devastation.

That issue is overpopulation.

After studying the issues further, we found overpopulation to be a major problem, potentially causing catastrophic food and water shortages within the next few decades. Since the ushering in of the industrial revolution, our population has grown exponentially - unprecedented in the billions of years of earth's history. This is an issue that must be addressed TODAY if we are going to have any hope of a peaceful and just world for all.

Being philosophical and having a strong sense of social justice and equality, ALL ONE supports positive and peaceful methods of population planning, revolving around education.

Our beneficiaries thus primarily include charities directly involved in educating people on overpopulation, women's reproductive rights (which is strongly correlated with birth rates), contraception, family planning, and related issues.
